Registration to the Website

The website will collect email addresses to send registrants their chosen password, which will enable member’s online access to the website. This information will then be used to aid the GreenKan development team to create more relevant content for our users.

Quotations provided by the Service

While providing quotations on behalf of the Network the Website will collect names, email addresses, address details and details of the service desired. We may use this information to send you useful emails relating to your quotation or requested services.

Requests to the Network

In the process of requesting a supplier through the Service, we will gather personal information including names, addresses, contact details, and vehicle details. Financial information

GreenKan Limited does not store the credit/debit card information necessary to collect payments not the bank account information necessary to send payment. This data is protected by using Stripe. Stripe has been certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We endeavour to protect the security of your credit/debit card information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We may retain a limited and incomplete record of your credit/debit card or bank account information for presentational purposes.
